Bahamas Incorporation Services Limited's fees are inclusive of all costs of incorporation, obtaining one set of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and the Corporate Seal. We also provide assistance with establishing bank accounts and the like. The annual maintenance fee provides for the required Registered Office and Registered Agent for the company.
